What is death and why do people fear it? Many people try to rationalize it based on what a religion teaches. But who truly knows what happens after you die, I have never heard of anyone die and come back to tell us about what happens after death. Religion tells us that we are going to heaven if we are good and hell if we are bad but how do we know for sure that's how it works. How does anyone know that the afterlife plays out that simply. Who gets to decide what is considered bad or what is considered good, like most things it's based entirely off opinion. People who believe in religion will say god determines what happens to you. But that statement is based entirely on faith that there is some kind of being that holds your hand after death.
I'm not a religious person at all and for good reason. I do not believe anything any religion teaches until I get hard evidence; proof through science and technology. But the fact that I don't believe in any religion also gives me a sense of clarity. I've come to an understanding of death and why people fear it. Many people might not agree but I rationalized it based on what is know about the human body and mind. Most people fear death because of two reasons, the first is because they are not content with their lives and they wish they could have done something more or done something different. They beg for life even if it's a few more minutes, to reminisce over their life. The thought of not having the chance to finish what they started terrifies them. The second reason I've come to realize is the darkness. Despite what everyone says they believe, everyone is afraid of the darkness that might come after death. People talk of an after life whether it would be that of heaven or hell, but most people fear the idea of having no one of the other side.
People are afraid of being alone, the nothingness. Most people say that the hand of god will take them into the after life, a form of a new life. To truly test a mans faith, threaten his life. The reaction of a persons life being threatened tells you all you need to know about how strongly they believe in their religion. Those who beg for their life don't really believe the teachings of their religion, the people who face it have already achieved an understanding of death and accepted it regardless whether it's their religions version or not. I'm not bad mouthing religion and I'm not telling people to go out and threaten peoples lives to check their faith. I'm saying maybe we don't have that much understanding of anything after all.
When I used to wear a uniform people always asked me the same questions. "Do you want to die?", "Why are you doing this?", or "How can you do this?" Truth is everyone fears death one way or another. No one wants to die and if anyone ever tells you the contrary they are liars. Life is a gift that no one ever wants to give back. People who ask those questions can never understand why other people wear the uniform. I never tried to explain it. I was able to do it because I've already accepted the darkness that comes after death. However that isn't that same as wanting to die, it just means that I'm not afraid to die. I'm not afraid to walk into that darkness. Recently the integrity and direction of this country worries me. Politicians and the government are starting to tear itself away from the people and making that gap bigger. No one is listening to the people and instead listen to the politicians that forget the people put them there. Regardless I would still die for this country if I had to, but we all the know the idea is to make the enemy die for their country first and stay alive in the process.

Gun Control NY Pt II
These past few weeks have been a complete mess, especially in NYC. There has been an outcry for gun control and for politicians to create more laws for gun control. The entire country is aware of the shootings at Sandy Hook and because of this tragic event people want more gun control, but what people never do is think. Will more laws really solve the problem of these shootings or shootings in general? People don't stop to think about just that and they still think that imposing gun control is the only way. How about if the gunman at Sandy Hook wasn't the only one with a gun, what IF a teacher or even the janitor had a firearm. They could have reduced the damage done by the gunman or thwarted the entire plot completely.
The argument people would make is that having guns around children is dangerous, people would say this because they will always justify their point of view even if they know it's wrong. Never in my life have I heard a gun shoot someone by itself. People are what should be blamed for a gun being dangerous. Poor muzzle control, poor trigger finger control, or poor gun safety habits. I recently saw a video of a 13 year old that shoots better than most people in the military. Her name is Katelyn and she is a competitive shooter. A 13 year old, shooting to compete with other adults. If she can practice gun safety and handle a gun why can't other people? You don't even need to like guns but one thing that is a must is respect, every human needs to respect the gun. It does not matter who you are or where you're from you will be exposed to a gun in a lifetime. But instead of fearing it, respect and control it.
So many laws are coming up to control guns, if analyzed these laws are stupid and pointless in a sense of reducing gun crimes. For example, the category of "assault weapon" is completely farfetched. I cannot STAND that category simply because it isn't even a legitimate one. It is a category created by politicians to broaden the guns their laws apply to. Officially that category does not exist but legally it does. the law bans guns not by functionality or caliber but by features, this allows politicians to ban assault rifles, carbines, sub machine guns, machine guns, handguns, rifles, and even shotguns! Yet these politicians are hypocrites themselves, they set to ban the very thing that protects their life everyday. How will these laws affect criminals? Oh wait I forgot they don't follow laws they are CRIMINALS. So lets take away your defense and make the criminals jobs easier! That's rational. The punishment for bringing a firearm into a school is also more severe now! This will help prevent shootings like Sandy Hook because the first though through that guys mind was "is this legal?" Who thinks of this stupid crap!
Another thing people should question is who these laws are meant to protect. It's preached that these laws protect law abiding citizens, but they seem to do nothing but make us more vulnerable to criminals and their firearms that are not affected by the laws. A staff sergeant was recently arrested because he had 5 high capacity magazines in his car. No weapon no ammo nothing. What the hell is wrong with the police, this guy risked his life to fight for your freedom and you arrested him for having magazines? It should bring up the question of who these laws are meant to protect, who it's meant to give a false sense of security. If anyone claims that he didn't know that's bullshit, all military personal have a military ID. Not to mention that this guy was still in the military so he doesn't even need a license to own a gun let alone high cap magazines. These politicians make up all these laws but it's clear that the politicians don't think about what they do like everyone else. This country was built on guns and people willing to use it. The day we forget that we need to always defend ourselves is the day the people lose power. Then the government would be free to do anything it wants.

Righteous Kill and Justice?
What exactly is a righteous kill or justice? Righteous - Characterized by uprightness or morality, Kill - To deprive of life in any manner. In lamence terms it means the right to kill, my definition is slightly different though. To me it means a vengeance kill, I have nothing against killing and excuse me for sounding cocky or evil but killing is natural. Animals do it all the time and the only difference between humans and people is the size of our brains. But it does not change the fact we all still have animal instincts and if people say otherwise, think about what happens when you take all the electricity away, all the lights away, and scare someone enough. Then you will see how primitive people become... in fact we are all insane to a degree. Want a idea of what would happen then watch "The Mist."
But the reasons people in this world kill are ridiculous... people kill because of land, power, or sheer craze. I believe the only reason someone should kill isn't for some stupid reason like money but for reasons of survival. Most people won't even kill for survival and that's why those people are not around to talk about it. But back to the subject of righteous killing, when a guy shoots someone and kills them its considered to be homicide. But when a police officer shoots the man that just someone it can be called a righteous kill. But what makes the officer any better than the guy that shot first? "Oh because he was shooting someone that already killed someone" yea I bet many people will argue that the police officer is right but I guarantee you the perception of those people will be completely different from the people who don't like the police. The people who dislike the police will say the officer is wrong because he/she shot someone and killed them. But then the people who are on the side of the police will say yet again the other guy shot first. Then it becomes a never ending argument of who is right or wrong. To me there is no such thing as a righteous kill, to me there is only killing. When you kill someone then you killed someone, there is no such thing as a righteous kill but just killing. It is as simple as that, in a situation like with the man and the police officer my opinion is they are both wrong for killing. The guy that shot in the first place was wrong because he discharged a firearm even though clearly the other guy was not attacking him. The officer was wrong because he fired his weapon when because the other guy did first. Maybe someone can argue and say "the guy who shot first would have turned his gun towards the officer" and I would agree because if I was the officer I wouldn't wait until the moron decided to point his firearm at me that's insane, but that doesn't make it a righteous kill. It was created to define a innocent killing for good reasons when a "good reason" is different from person to person. But to be honest there is never a good reason to kill, the only satisfactory reason is survival. Satisfactory not good.
Which also brings us to the word "Justice," what the hell is justice? The quality of being just; righteousness, equitable, or moral rightness. Oh look the word righteous comes up again great. So when we invade Iraq and kill a bunch of them we are serving justice? Sure that's easy to say when we are thousands of miles away but out there killing is killing. You kill to survive so the other assholes don't kill you first, when you are getting shot at you don't care about what justice is or why you are killing. The only thing going through your mind is "I'm going to kill that bastard before he offs my ass." To us when a American soldier kills a terrorist we are serving "Justice." I bet you if you go ask a Iraqi citizen what they think Justice is you're not going to hear a American soldier killing a Iraqi one. To the terrorist bombing the twin towers was serving justice in their eyes at least. To us that was a act of terrorism because we are on a different side, when we attacked Iraq it seemed like we were serving justice to many Americans. But to the Iraqi's we were the terrorist.
But again the Iraqi insurgents did not kill for "satisfactory" reasons. They committed a unprovoked attack and for the most stupid reason possible, in the name of god. A better reason to attack us is because we are all spoiled assholes that wash our asses with tap water and only good enough to drink bottled or purified water while they would be lucky to get tap water to drink, shit I would be pissed off to if I were them. It is easy to degrade what we are doing there and what is happening when we are safely sitting in front of our computers. When you are thrown into combat and getting shot at you don't care about politics and who is right or wrong anymore. All you care is the people around you and how you will smoke the jack ass shooting at you. I'm sure someone out there will say otherwise but that is because they never really been shot at and I bet when they do they won't be talking so much shit. Most people don't even think about death until it is in their face and when it is they freak out or freeze. People are so typical, they don't react until something bad happens right before their eyes and by then it's probably too late. But really if people really think about it killing is killing, everything I say here can be argued and I know that but then again anything said to counter what I say can also be disproved by someone else. Killing is open ended and there is no right or wrong but everyone can agree that when your life is threatened you will kill. If one says otherwise then you can be considered dead already.

Do People Think?
I think about this everyday and all day, whether I'm playing a game or I'm walking in target. The first thought that comes to mind when people say something is "Do these mother fuckers think before they talk??!!" I mean seriously people just say shit and not think before making them seem like a retard or asshole. I see it every day while playing a game and I see it every day while walking in the streets, some idiot says something that they know nothing about. It doesn't have to be anything specific or anything that has to do with the moment just anything. I know little things like that shouldn't annoy me but everyone says "Humans are advanced," compared to what a dog? No shit I would say so.
My first example is today when I went to target to get Jordin Sparks CD "Battlefield." I was about to give the CD in to pay and this guy asks the cashier "hey do you have any more of those TV's?" The cashier goes "you mean the one on clearance? " Guys says "yea" and then she says "nope." What really annoyed me was this ass said "when will you get more?" I am literally standing there in shock like is this moron serious? He asked when they will get more of a item that is on clearance... CLEARANCE!!! Do I need to pull a dictionary out of my ass and give you the meaning of a fucking clearance? Sir clearance means they are trying to get rid of the item... not sell them for a stupid low price and get more so they can sell those at stupid low prices to! The whole time I was walking home I was thinking to myself how a so called advance mammal or life form asked such a stupid ass question. Then I came to think did he even think about what a clearance was or why they have one? Oh yea it's so you can save a bunch of money and they lose a bunch at the same time. All so they can sell it again at the same insane low price!... if everyone did that who would be business. Small things like that can be avoided if only someone thinks before they talk instead of just talk.
That is only one example, here is another one. I know someone who thinks they know it all and talks to my father. This person is about my age and my father is 43 (I am 19 for people who don't know). They talk about how things used to be with my father like they lived for 60 years or so when clearly they are near my age. I'm sitting there thinking ok how are you telling someone who is about three times your age how things "used to be." Are you serious?! It's easy to feed that bullshit to someone who doesn't know better or is younger or something but someone who is three times older? REALLY?! So I did my research and found it was true... only thing is it was pre WWII. Unless they actually decided to randomly research I don't think they lived during WWI. There are so many more but to list them all exactly the way they happened would be impossible since if anyone read my previous blog entries stories can and will change after time.
Another example is game, yes people don't think before they talk in games either. It is sad but they have a excuse. Their 14 year old losers that have nothing to do but bitch to other people because they are better than them. I play Call Of Duty A LOT so I got pretty good at it... good enough for people to say I hack ALL THE FUCKING TIME. It got so bad I don't play that stupid shit anymore, well I'll be playing and there is this program called punkbuster which kicks you if your hacking. It does so by scanning the packets you send back to their servers to see if there are any variations and if there are it would identify it and then identify what hack it is. Well I'll be playing and everyone 30-40 min someone would get banned with punkbuster. Then this fucking kid says I hack and keeps on bitching for a good hour! Not the fact that he says I hack but the fact that you see people getting banned for the past 3 hours and you still say I hack... mother fucker wanted to find a reason of why I was killing him so bad that he didn't even think that I didn't get banned from punkbuster after so long. But it wasn't just once but several dozen times. Some stupid 14 year old punk bitched and whines when clearly I'm not getting banned.
Sometimes I wonder if people even think at all, look at drivers for example. Everyone says Asians can't drive which I agree with 100%. I am Chinese and I say Asians cannot fucking drive if their life depended on it. No now our lives depend on if these morons can drive, but the reason they can't drive isn't because they can't see the road but it is because they can't make a damn decision. They take so long to think they end up slamming into something like a retard. But it isn't just Asians it is also Indians, women (no offense), and Muslims. The only difference with the Muslims is their driving is expected to be bad. After all they spend most of their time thinking driving into a LAV-25 with a car full of Semtex in the trunk is what your suppose to do. I think the reason it takes so long for them to decide what to do before they crash is because they never think normally! It's like any sport, if you don't play it you won't be good at it! Same idea you don't think normally what makes you think you can think when you need to think! I am sorry if I offended anyone but it was not intended.
I see and hear people that say and do things without thinking prior and it bothers me how thinking is such a rare event. There are people who think out there and have common sense but most of the time people don't. They have the worst case of tunnel vision ever. I always think to myself are people really as advance as they say. My conclusion is yes but only a select few, the creators, the brilliant, and the people who change the world. The man who created the internet, that man is a damn genius and he has to have been thinking to create something so amazing even though it was originally intended for the military. Mozart was also a thinker, he might not have been all there but he was thinking none the less or he wouldn't have been able to make such amazing music without actually hearing it. Anyone who has changed the world or has done something amazing in their life I consider to be a thinker and deserving of being called "more advance" than the rest. For the people who has not change the world yet or has done something amazing if you are intelligent enough to see how dumb or narrow minded people can be then you have the potential to make a difference already. You just haven't gotten the chance to yet. If I offend anyone who has read this I am really sorry but that is how I see many people out there.
